“Please don't buy into this whole UNESCO marketing hook. This tour consists of going through an unbearably stenchy market with filthy water running under your feet, then going through the 15th century old town/medina that is quite literally stuck behind in the 15th century by most standards. Once you're done with the old town and have eaten a lunch, they will take you to an antique store and then the local herbal pharmacy to get you buy their stuff. The tour is very long and in my honest opinion, not worth the time. Maybe other Moroccan towns are worthwhile seeing, you can easily pass on Tetouan.”

I feel I definitely overpaid for the end product we received. I would not recommend this tour to anyone.”

“This is a hard one because there was good and bad on the trip. The hike was definitely a must do but the tour was not as advertised. First, the pickup was late which made us late to the trail. The tour description said air conditioned bus and cold water provided. The air did not reach to the back of the bus and the only water we got was with the lunch. The lunch experience was bizarre, with no communication. We picked up the lunch and then headed out to a mysterious place with a great view but there was no table or chairs. We weren’t informed about the last…”
